How To Make Rotel Queso Cheese Dip

Ingredients:
8 ounces VELVEETA Original Cheese (cubed cheese melts down faster)
10 ounces ROTEL Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
Ground Beef (about 1 pound)
Olive Oil for drizzling pan
Tortilla Chips (I like Tostitos Scoops)

Drizzle pan with Olive Oil and brown the ground beef.
Drain the excess oil.
Toss in the Velveeta Cheese cubes
Pour in the can of ROTEL
Melt ingredients together over a medium heat; stirring often

Transfer to a crock pot.
Simmer on low heat to keep the dip ready for guests.

Serve over tortilla chips & enjoy!
