RECIPE

3 Tomatoes
2 Cucumbers
1 Red Onion – According to your liking
Greek Salad Dressing – Store Bought or Homemade
Seasonings

Note:
(((Even when vegetables claim to be “pre-washed”, always wash them before using.)))

Directions:
Peel the cucumbers if the skin is waxy. If they are fresh, you may leave the skin on for added nutrients.

Chop or dice the cucumbers, tomatoes & onion.
Add to a bowl with a cover or lid.
Pour on salad dressing.
Add desired seasonings.
Cover. Shake to blend .
Marinate for 2 hours.
